30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required to process your return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@dresslyn.shopΒ to kick things off. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll send you return instructions along with a prepaid shipping label directly to your email address.

Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something isn't right, contact Dresslyn within 48 hours of delivery at info@dresslyn.shop with clear photos of the issue. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only, subject to stock availability. Delivery timescales for replacements may vary by location. Dresslyn does not charge restocking fees on any eligible returns.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require a little extra time to reflect the credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable in the product description
